Getting Started
We’ll meet over a video call for 45-60 minutes. Tell us your story: Your services, certifications, marketing strategy, service area, etc. We’ll show you similar websites for inspiration and choose your branding strategy. You pay 50% down, and we’re off!
We’ll also help answer common startup strategy questions, such as:
For more information on the Strategy Session, see our FAQ page.
You’ll fill out a Questionnaire with more specific information, such as your service area, rate structure, payment policy, list of services you DO offer, list of services you DON’T offer, etc. You’ll also submit your logo and any possible business pictures.
Don’t worry about your writing style! In Step 3, we’ll help polish it for publication on the web.
Armed with information from your Questionnaire, our design and editing team will get busy! We will personalize your website’s appearance and populate it with your specific information. Plus we’ll do all the backend work.
And very importantly, our editor[s] will “spiff up” your Questionnaire answers to improve clarity, fix grammar, and eliminate misspellings.
Once you review the first draft of your website, we will meet for a second 20-45 minute consultation. We will walk you through the website. Give us your feedback. Armed with your response, we will make any necessary revisions.
Once we complete any revisions and you review the final site, we will publish your site to the world. You pay the remaining 50%.
Congrats – you’re in business! Your website will be accessible to anyone with a computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection. You can link it to your social media accounts and add it your business cards.
We recommend continuing with our all-in-one monthly maintenance and security plan. And FYI, if you want to add a paragraph or picture, just send us an email, and we’ll add it ASAP.
You pay once a month, and there are no cancellation fees. It’s a fabulous deal, and a big cost savings compared to doing it all yourself.
Note: If you decide to maintain your website yourself, you will be responsible for site management plus finding your own registrar, web host, and paying for the software necessary to maintain your site’s functionality.
